Primary text
My testosterone came back at 20.8, and according to the lab I was totally normal. The lab's normal range ran from 6 all the way to 28, so nobody was ever going to flag mine. Normal just meant I was close to the average man getting tested, and average isn't optimal. So I followed my own protocol and read every marker against optimal ranges instead. Seven months later I was at 33.8, up 62.5%, and I did it naturally. I've used the same blueprint with more than 200 men, and every Thursday at 7pm Sydney time I teach it in a free live masterclass.
