Normal was never the goal

PreviewThe replay, your Reset, and the next step

Hey {FIRST NAME},

Thanks for spending your Thursday night with me.

If one thing sticks from tonight, I hope it's this. It was never your discipline, your diet or your supplements. Nobody read your body as one system.

If you stayed to the end, The Survival Mode Reset link was in the chat. If you had to jump off early, it's waiting at the end of the replay: [REPLAY LINK]

Start with the wind-down routine tonight. It takes less than ten minutes.

And if you heard tonight and thought, I want to do this properly with someone in my corner, that's what Human Blueprint is for.

It's 90 days with your testing organised and paid for, every result read against optimal, protocols built from your own numbers, nervous system retraining, and me in your messages the whole way through.

The first step is a short application: [APPLY LINK]

It takes a few minutes. Then you'll book a complimentary consultation, and on the call we'll go through your situation and tell you straight whether it's the right fit.

I only work with 12 men at a time, and a limited number of spots open each month.

Speak soon,

IndriHuman Blueprint

P.S. The replay comes down on Sunday at midnight, Sydney time. If you want to rewatch the gut section, do it this weekend.

The replay's up

PreviewWatch it to the end, there's something waiting for you

Hey {FIRST NAME},

Looks like you couldn't make it tonight. No stress, life gets in the way, especially on a Thursday.

I've put the full replay up for you: [REPLAY LINK]

It comes down on Sunday at midnight, Sydney time, so try to watch it this weekend.

Here's what's in it:

  • Why your “normal” blood test is hiding what's actually wrong
  • The gut problem quietly dragging your testosterone down
  • How to get your body out of survival mode so the protocol actually sticks

Watch it to the end, because that's where The Survival Mode Reset is waiting. It's the short daily practices I give clients in week one.

And if you watch it and want to do this properly with me, the application's on the same page: [APPLY LINK]

Three ways this goes from here

PreviewAnd the one most men pick without realising

Hey {FIRST NAME},

Here's the replay while it's still up: [REPLAY LINK]

Near the end last night I talked about the three paths from here. I want to put them in writing, because it's easy to nod along on a Thursday night and forget by Monday.

Path one, you do nothing. This time next year you're still flat at 2pm and still guessing.

Path two, you do it on your own. You order your own bloods, read them with Google and ChatGPT, and guess the supplements. It can work, but it's slow, it's expensive, and it's still guesswork.

Path three, we read your body as one system, together. You get tested properly, you get a protocol built from your results, and you've got me in your corner for 90 days.

Most men who end up in my inbox have spent years on path two. They're not lazy. Nobody ever connected the dots for them.

If path three's the one for you, start here: [APPLY LINK]

No pitch in this one

PreviewJust the part of the replay I'd watch first

Hey {FIRST NAME},

No pitch in this one. I just want to point you to the part of the replay I'd watch first.

It's pillar two, the gut problem quietly dragging your testosterone down.

If you've had bloating or reflux, and you've also been flat, foggy or stuck in the gym, there's a good chance nobody's told you those two things might be connected.

In that section I walk through how a gut problem turns into a hormone problem, step by step, and why fixing testosterone usually starts in the gut.

Here's the replay: [REPLAY LINK]

Watch that section first. You'll know pretty quickly whether it sounds like you.

6 years of reflux, gone in 6 weeks

PreviewAnd what Aaron's bloods did in 8 weeks

Hey {FIRST NAME},

I want you to see what 90 days can look like, so here are a few of the men I've worked with.

  • Kurt, father and business owner: chronic acid reflux for 6 years, gone in 6 weeks
  • Aaron, business owner and father: increased his natural testosterone by 58% in 8 weeks
  • Dylan, father and business owner: added 5kg of muscle and increased his testosterone 55% in 12 weeks
  • John, who runs a business with 50+ staff: healed leaky gut, no more anxiety, and 10kg down in 12 weeks
  • Zack, entrepreneur: 16 years of cystic acne, healed in 12 weeks

None of them had time to spare, and most had tried something before they found me. What changed was that someone finally read their body as one system.

The cost of waiting is harder to see. It's another six months of 2pm crashes, broken sleep and a short fuse at home.

If you want to be next, apply here: [APPLY LINK]

P.S. Aaron's 58% was measured on his own bloods. I want you to be able to see your progress the same way, marker by marker.

Day 1: what “normal” actually means

PreviewAnd the four things I do before any blood test

Hey {FIRST NAME},

Day one. Let's start where I start with every client, with your bloodwork.

When your results come back, each marker sits against a reference range. Land anywhere inside it and you're “normal”.

The catch is how wide those ranges are. They're built to flag when something's clearly wrong, not to tell you whether you're running at your best. A man at the bottom of the testosterone range and a man near the top get the same tick.

So I read every result against optimal ranges, which are much narrower.

Then there's what gets tested in the first place. I want the whole picture (hormones, thyroid, gut, inflammation and nutrients) read together, because they all affect each other.

And the test itself has to be done properly. These are the four things I do before any blood test:

  • Test the right things, so you see the whole picture and not one marker
  • Prepare properly
  • Measure against optimal targets, not just the lab's normal range
  • Replicate conditions, so your retest actually compares with the first one

Do those four and your numbers start telling you something real.

If you've got a recent blood test, open your Bloodwork Cheat Sheet from the WhatsApp group today and put your numbers against the optimal column.

Tomorrow, the gut.

Day 2: start with the gut

PreviewHow a gut problem turns into a hormone problem

Hey {FIRST NAME},

Day two, and it's the one that surprises most men.

If your testosterone's low, the obvious move is a hormone fix: a booster, a stack or a clinic.

But your testes only make what your brain asks for, and inflammation can turn that signal down. One of the biggest sources of that inflammation I see is the gut.

Here's how the chain works:

  • An irritated gut drives chronic, low-grade inflammation
  • Chronic inflammation can turn down the signal from your brain that tells your body to make testosterone, and push cortisol up

So the order matters. Calm the gut first, then build your hormones back up.

The gut issues I find over and over are low stomach acid, leaky gut, bacterial overgrowths, H. pylori and parasites. A lot of men have one or two and no idea, until they're tested properly.

It's why bloating and reflux are never just a gut thing to me. One of my clients, Kurt, had chronic acid reflux for 6 years, and it was gone in 6 weeks. Another, Luke, came off reflux medication he'd been told he needed for life.

Tomorrow, why the right protocol can still stall.

Day 3: survival mode

PreviewYour body won't change while it thinks it's under threat

Hey {FIRST NAME},

Day three. You can get the bloodwork right and the gut right, and still stall.

Most high performers never come out of fight or flight. The alarm goes off, you're on coffee and emails before you're out of bed, you're flat out all day, and then you're scrolling in bed until midnight.

Your body never gets the signal that it's safe.

And when it thinks it's under threat, it turns digestion and hormones down first. Recovery and sleep go with them.

That's why I don't stop at food and supplements. With my clients, we retrain the nervous system with short daily practices, until they can pull themselves out of stress in real time.

If you watched to the end of the class, you've already got three of those practices in The Survival Mode Reset: breathwork, morning light and a wind-down routine, each under ten minutes.

If you haven't started yet, start with the morning light tomorrow. It's the easiest one to fit in.

One of my clients, Alec, came to me with gut trouble, sluggish training and a head that wouldn't stay on task at work. Once he changed the way he ate, trained and slept, this is what he noticed:

“My recovery after sessions was better, my mental clarity was there again, and I was finding myself generally steadier in my emotional state.”

Tomorrow, what it looks like when all three come together.

Day 4: putting it all together

PreviewWhat 90 days looks like, start to finish

Hey {FIRST NAME},

Day four. Put the last three days together and you've got the Human Blueprint: real answers first, then protocols built for you, then nervous system retraining.

Here's what that looks like over 90 days with my clients.

It starts with testing. Bloodwork, a genetic test and a full health screening, all organised and paid for, so you're not chasing referrals.

Then every result gets an in-depth analysis against optimal ranges, read as one system, and your protocols get built from it. Nutrition, supplements and peptides, training under three hours a week, and lifestyle, all laid out in the Human Blueprint app.

The aim is that within 14 days you feel noticeably more energetic and mentally clear.

The nervous system work runs the whole way through, so the changes hold when life gets busy.

And you're never doing it on your own. You get bi-weekly consultations, daily message support and a weekly debrief with me.

Then you retest, so you can see what changed, marker by marker.

Could you do it alone? Some men try. They order their own bloods, read them with Google and ChatGPT, and guess the supplements. It can work, but it's slow, and it's still guesswork.

Tomorrow I'll show you how to start, if you want to do this with me.

Day 5: if you want to do this together

PreviewWhat's inside Human Blueprint, and how to start

Hey {FIRST NAME},

Last one. Over four days you've had the whole method: test properly against optimal, calm the gut, and get out of survival mode.

You can take all of that and run with it on your own. I mean that.

But if you want it done properly, with someone reading your results as one system and in your corner for 90 days, that's Human Blueprint.

Here's what's inside:

  • Advanced testing, organised and paid for: a blood panel, a genetic test and a full health screening
  • An in-depth analysis of your results against optimal ranges
  • Personalised protocols across nutrition, supplements and peptides, training under three hours a week, and lifestyle
  • Nervous system retraining, with coaching, breathwork and self-guided practices
  • Direct contact with me: bi-weekly consultations, daily message support and a weekly debrief
  • The Human Blueprint app, where all of it lives
  • The Pre-Bloods Protocol, which you start straight away, before your tests are even back

And the guarantee. If at any time in the first 14 days you think Human Blueprint is too comprehensive for what you need, you get your money back. And if your biomarkers don't change within 90 days, we'll keep working with you for free until they do.

I only work with 12 men at a time, and a limited number of spots open each month.

If that sounds like what you need, start with the short application: [APPLY LINK]

It asks about your main focus, what you've tried, and where you want to be six months from now. Then you book a complimentary consultation, and on the call we'll go through your situation and tell you straight whether it's the right fit.

Speak soon,
