Hey {FIRST NAME},
Before we talk, I want you to know who you'll be working with, and why Human Blueprint looks the way it does.
I dropped out of school at 16, after my dad had a severe stroke, and I lost my way for a while. By my early 20s my body had caught up with me: chronic gut issues, weight gain, insomnia and fatigue.
The doctors offered me antibiotics and antidepressants. Nobody asked why any of it was happening.
So I went and found out myself. I studied PT and nutrition while working full time as a carpenter, and when that didn't get me far enough, I put over fifty thousand dollars into studying at the best functional medicine institutes in the world.
My testosterone doubled and my gut fully recovered. My first clients got amazing results, and that gave me the belief to go all in.
Then there's the part I don't usually lead with.
As the business got busier, I stopped prioritising my own health. Long days, rising stress, too much caffeine and nicotine. I stopped living by the method I teach, and every part of my life paid the price.
I had to figure out how to stop sacrificing my health for my work, because your health isn't only about you. It affects everything and everyone you care about.
That's what shaped Human Blueprint.
It's built for men who are busy. Training is under three hours a week. Your protocols live in an app on your phone. And the nervous system work is there because I learned the hard way that stress quietly undoes everything else if you leave it alone.
It's also why I don't do this halfway. If you're giving me 90 days, I want your bloods read properly and I want to be in your messages when things get hard.
Most of the men I work with are fathers, business owners, tradies and athletes, and a lot of them remind me of me. They're not short on discipline. They're running on empty and nobody's connected the dots.
If that sounds like you, brother, you're in the right place.
